As stated, a public list can be read with the standard read token or API key.

This question did make me think about making some account content available via HTML embed's though. If you have the ability to write code around the API you might not care about that but I'm sure other people would find it useful. Thanks for reminding me about this.

Thanks for the answers! I already created 2 lists named favorite movies / favorite series and it works well. I just thought I can get my favorites because there is an option to set them to public here: https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/sharing

Btw I really like the well documented api and the whole page, just started to play with the endpoints and maybe I'll have more questions/recommendations

Ya, account lists aren't publicly available. That's true. They probably should be if they're marked as such, good call. I'll get that added. Here's my ticket for it.
