This issue has not been resolved, movie credits return no found error.

What issue are you referring to? These calls are working fine for me:
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/person/12835/movie_credits?api_key=### https://api.themoviedb.org/3/person/12835?api_key=###&append_to_response=movie_credits
Responses:

Oh, you're talking about the /credit endpoint. Correct, that is not fixed. It's still on my list of things to do.
