Created TV Show "Xploration Earth 2050" but it's now entered in duplicate and not editable

At the final step of adding the show, with the first episode information, I clicked Finish, and nothing much happened. I clicked Finish again, same result.
So, I searched for the show and now it's in the DB twice, neither one with the first episode I entered. I can't edit either one except to add a translation, and nothing shows up in my (I'm a brand new user,) activity.

I deleted the dupe and you can just create your translation, and then add everything.

Thanks. Bit of a learning curve... From the main page (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/74528-xploration-earth-2050) I couldn't access the seasons I added to the show's primary facts section. It just showed "add/create a season," which would lead right back to primary facts, until I entered a URL that accessed season 1 directly (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/74528-xploration-earth-2050/season/1), then I could add the first episode.
