It was apparently due to either temporary overload or maintenance, not related to either OS or browser. It eventually cleared up.

Hi @pt100, yes it seems as though right before your original post there was around 10 minutes of connectivity issues. Looks like the web servers were having trouble connecting to the database servers. It cleared up on it's own.
