How do you create the association between the network and movie on themoviedb.org? For example if I click through to Artemis Fowl (a movie), it specifically states that it's streaming on Disney. Is this purely done through the API or do you have some other association internal to your application?

TMDb uses JustWatch services.
When you click on the link below the poster, you go to the page with the links provided by JustWatch.
An example https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/429617-spider-man-far-from-home/watch?language=en-US
In my case, the film Artemis Fowl (2020) does not show a link or information that is being streaming by Disney.
Probably because it is not available in my country, Brazil.

No, it is not done by the API. The association is made using data provided by JustWatch.
In addition, the TMDb API does not provide or send this JustWatch data.

Hi @jaspercatstudios,
The main way to get network IDs would be to use the daily ID exports.

Network IDs are available for the TV shows only.

And P.S. we don't have streaming service availability data. We only maintain the network data where a show was originally broadcasted.
