Where are you having trouble? If it's with an external product, there might not be much I can help you with. What are the movies you can't find?

Sorry for not getting back to you as I've working on something. Right I have number of Movies & TV Shows that's not showing up when the software scans my i drop i list on here so you can have a look at then. Thank you for your help
PS the is alot of movies that MB don't pick up please help me to fix this

I'm not sure what app you are using but you should contact them for support. As I mentioned in my first post I am not able to help support 3rd party applications.
There are no known issues with our service at this time.
