You're correct, it uses the key from this item here. Month names should be taken from here but it looks like the localized names are indeed not being used.
There is a similar problem with untranslated month names on the leaderboard page.
'Contribution leaders for the week of' should be 'Contribution leaders for the week of %{week_month}'.
%{week_month} could be just another date/week format, because for example in my language 'August 15-22' is '15-22 sierpnia', where month name is inherited from translations: date/month_names. However, I don't know if it's appropriate for other languages.

Thanks! and an other format want to translate is Runtime of movie. It's show like 2h20m. and better change to 2小时20分钟 in Chinese.

The translated month names on your account page should be used now. There's a new date format if it's not quite the right one for your locale.

I haven't really touched the leaderboard yet. I'm slowly working my way through peripheral pages like that
