You can edit the last part of the URL, change de-DE to en (it'll automatically go to en-US. and if the language part isn't in the url yet, just add ?language=de-DE or &language=de-DE (depending on where you are, usually the first, on main and primary edit page, but if you're at external id's for example, you'll need the &-one)
