I added The Walking Dead(1402) to a list but its linked to The Pursuit of Happiness(1402). I tried removing and adding the movie to test but it doesn't show up at all then.

Hi @rico4295 How are you adding the entry? Via the list "edit" page? What list is this happening with?
I just tried on my test list and everything added correctly, so I will need more details.

I made the list on here by searching for shows and clicking the add to list icon. It successfully adds it to the list but when I pull the list up in the streaming app the TWD entry shows up as the mentioned movie including poster art and info but doesn't load anything if you click on it.

So the list is fine on TMDb, it's just the third party app you're having problems with? I suspect it's because the developer of the app you're using isn't linking TV items properly. You should contact them about this and hopefully they can fix it for you.
