I've been trying to get the account states for a guest session but I always get this error message regardless of whether or not the guest account has already rated the movie/TV show:

"status_message": "Authentication failed: You do not have permissions to access the service."

I can rate movies and TV shows, delete the ratings, and see everything in /guest_session/{guest_session_id}/rated/ without any issues, but the API call for account states always fails for me. Is this functionality not enabled for guest accounts or is it just a bug?

By the way, this works as expected with regular accounts. It only stops working when using the guest_session_id argument.
