Report link problem?

Hello, I was recently trying to "report" on the Season of a TV Show but clicking on the report link did nothing, maybe because there was no data related to the Season I was reporting on? the report link did work on other Seasons (the ones that DID have data like episodes etc.)

19-2 currently has an empty fourth season if that helps.

Yes, sorry for the delay!
When I found Season 11 of The X-Files with no initial episodes (or initial date) I tried to report it by clicking on the "Report" (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/4087-the-x-files/season/11#), clicking on this did nothing.
