Website top navigation layout is little broken in Slovak language

Hi, I noticed that top navigation panel is moved to the right little in slovak language. Strings are showing in kinda wrong places and is really annoying to reach it with mouse :D You can see it here

11 months later... Thanos destroyed half of universe, little tiny annoying bug remains.
I'm also programmer, this should be quite easy fix to do for person, who know the way in source code of this site. Looking at you @travisbell
