Impossible to update deleted genres on locked Movies & TV Shows

Hello,
If an "deleted" Genre already exists on a Movie or TV Show (for example "Thriller" for Movie, "Action" for TV Show, etc.) and "Genres & Keywords" tab is locked for this Movie or TV Show, it's impossible to correct the Genre. Therefore a lot of Movies & TV Shows are not up to date, and they are not visible on Discover pages if use the Genre filter and if the Movie have only the "deleted" genre (example: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/158011-the-call).
Could you please analyse this issue and see if you can fix it?

Thriller is a valid genre? I unlocked it, deleted it, and could add it again.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue here.

You can report the entries and we will fix the genre.
But I've been wondering deleted genre is something Travis can batch fix (e.g. remove the leftover "foreign", merge "action" with "Action & Adventure").

imo action & adventure should be split, like the other genre list :-P same for sci-fi and fantasy. action and adventure are totally different things. LOTR is mostly adventure, but something like RED is pure action. and something like ghost in the shell or star wars is sci-fi, while a magical girl anime or harry potter is fantasy.
but i don't know remember if it was combined on movie or tv.

Thanks Banana & Marr NL for your replies. There is a lot of Movies & TV Shows containing deleted genres with genre tab locked :'( And if a script is applied to remove the deleted genres we should be able to update genre to add new ones. Maybe a good solution will be to unlock genre tab for Movies & TV Shows that contains at least one delete genre?
