Account lists were completed late last year but I have not found time to bring this to custom lists yet. You can view/watch the relevant ticket for this here.

I also badly need this, since I want to use my movie lists into some visualisation tools. This is a must have in my opinion.

Can't wait for this feature to be implemented. What a perfect site. If only I could contribute to it, I can't wait to be decent enough in programming to be able to work with guys who are behind on this great project!
