When I add a trailer for a tv-show, the trailer automaticly gets categorised as Dutch (NL). I assume this is because in my profile, I have stated that I am from the Netherlands. But the trailer in question is the American trailer for the 5th season for House of Cards. Can I edit this, or do I need to change my profile before I add these kind of trailers/videos?

That's right, videos are a bit different! You need to use the "Editing in" dropdown box on the video page to select the right language (i.e. the language of the video). You can re-select your preferred language when you are done.
Btw, the trailer for the fifth season should be added here.
