Think Netflix. If you're browsing ACTION movies on Netflix....would you expect to see films like the The Naked Gun series? Well for programs like Kodi or Plex that rely on The Movie DB for their metadata, that's exactly what's going on. For programs like Kodi or Plex, when browsing by genre and looking through ACTION, you'll see The Naked Gun.

Yes, it is arguable that The Naked Gun films are Action Comedy. Many sites have them labeled that way. But think of other Action Comedies that are clearly Action movies -- Bad Boys, Bad Boys 2, The Last Boyscout, Lethal Weapon.... Those are Action Comedies. (and in the case of Lethal Weapon, the comedy came later in the series) *They are Action movies first. * The Naked Gun and its sequels do NOT belong in that same category. It is a slapstick comedy. A series directed by the same guys who did Airplane! and Top Secret and Kentucky Fried Movie.

Please take The Naked Gun and its sequels out of the Action movie genre. Thanks.
