how can i apply for commercial key. i have not found any link in my API section.

If you follow the instructions here, you will see a choice between the 2.

@travisbell I have the same question. I followed the instructions but ran into a FAQ message that you have removed rate limiting. How does that effect the "standard" API key, is there still a need to apply for a commercial one? We wonder as we're in that early growth stage and want to be prepared if our number of requests will start to grow.

Hi John,
We don't currently limit requests, and there was never a infrastructure (or technology) difference between the two. It was only ever about how we tracked usage. We don't offer commercial keys any longer so a developer key is fine.

Great, this has been a mystery for us for some time :) We love the API. We'll try to be smart with how we ping the API, when the day comes that our app starts growing and pinging the API at a higher rate I assume we can get in touch to work something out compensation wise.
