scraping TV shows

Hi, I've been adding and scraping movies from the site for a while now to my Mede8ter without any issues, however I have a few TV shows I'm trying to scrape without success (no info picked up). I've used TVDB for TV series without a problem but I have a few in single file iso format that aren't broken down into seasons / episodes etc that i'd like to scrape as a movie. All seems to be in place on the site including images for a general scrape but no joy, for example The Shoe People, This Is Your Life. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
Are you using a third party app or making these requests yourself? If you are using an app, you should contact them for support. If you are making direct API requests, what are some examples f requests you are making?
Is returning the show (id 4207) properly for example.

Thanks for the quick reply, as it's through the built in scraper in the Mede8ter box I should probably ask them for support, it's just a case of pressing the scrape icon on the TV using the remote. Not a big issue just curious as to why it works with movies and not TV.
