This is a Hong Kong movie originally released in the name "暗戰". Both Am Zin and Running Out of Time are translated English names, Running Out of Time is the official English translation. Am Zin is just the sound of the Chinese characters in English.
This is a Chinese(Cantonese) movie, it's only natural the original title is in Chinese characters.
