Hello...i´d like if it´s possible to order the movies in one´s own list in the way we want ? Moving movies from first position to the second one, or from the second one to the first one, for example. Thanks

There's a fairly large list update coming and with it will very likely be the ability to custom order lists. I've made a new ticket for this request here which should get looked at when I move on to v2 lists.
Cheers.

So, as a recent IMDb refugee, I was searching for info on how to reorder lists (short of deleting all items and re-adding them in the desired order). Now I see that this has been an "upcoming" feature for 4.5 years... Is there any hope of this coming?

Hi, tobias. Welcome to TMDb!
I don't know whether this will help, regarding specifically how you'd like to arrange your lists. In case it may...
If you open one of your lists, notice that there is a "Sort By" tab near its top. Via that tab, there are four available arranging options:
Meanwhile, if instead you click one of your list's "Edit" tab, a number of other arranging options are available for selection:
There currently is no way to move a particular title to some specific other place on a list, for example to move something down two lines, or move something to be positioned at the beginning or end of a line.

We are now another year and a half further, an still there is not way to order lists. I see the various predefined options like "rating" and "title" and so on, but still no way to reorder a list as one likes. I don't understand this, to be honest. This seems like a quite basic feature that lists should have, even much more important than the predefined choices.
Imagine someone wants to make a list showing there personal top 100 or so, something that seem to me a logical use of the lists feature. Let's say you want to add an new entry at spot 30. The only way to do that is to manually delete all entries in places 31 to 100, add the new number 30, then read all entries after that...
It really makes no sense.

9 years and we still don't have this feature
