tv/top_rated language do not work

http://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/top_rated?api_key=XXX&page=1&language=ru returns english only tv shows names, but some with translation For example "Game of Thrones" must "Игра престолов"

It will be the same root issue as the pagination. I've created a ticket for this here, and will look at the two tickets together.
