Hi Piero87,

While this is not an "official" standard, there's 2 plot keywords people have been using to keep track of this.

You can pull the keywords via the API and if you detect ids 179430 or 179431, then you can choose what to show.

Ok, thank you very very much

Hi Travis,

Do you have any idea if an "official" standard was created since then? I'm not sure how consistently mantained the aftercreditsstinger/duringcreditsstinger are anymore. Thanks.

Hi @HoreaM, there's nothing more official than those 2 keywords.

I have created a new ticket for this here which you can vote for if you want. Votes help me prioritize what to work on.

Cheers.

Awesome, thank you!

The problem with that approach is that we don't know if the movies doesn't have post credits or if the movie wasn't update yet, so we can't really trust on that info.

And voted on Trello idea already. :)

I voted as well. As an additional item around this feature request, as we are unable apply keywords at the episode level, there is no way to know which episode has a media stinger in it…only that at some point one episode had a media stinger. I think it would make sense that you apply the stinger at the episode level and then that keyword rolls up to the season and then to the show level itself. Applying the stinger keyword, or whatever official way this will be done, at the show or season level would not make sense to me unless it was based on the specific episode.
