there is a way to get all the Collections translations, like the api call for the Movies?

Not at the moment but I've created a new ticket for that here and will look at it soon.

the popularity in Movies, what is? is different of the vote_average?

Popularity is an internal score based on the number of views, ratings, watch list and favourite additions (each get a different weight applied) that a movie gets that we calculate daily. We use the previous days score as part of that calculation so movies and TV shows trend over time. It is not something we expose on the website.
