I use TMDB as the default Meta-Source manager for my WD TV Live media player. When rescanning previously found XML content, or manually adding to a new movie via the WD Live interface, everything appears fine (artwork, actors year of releases etc), except a bug where the film director is wrong.
The 'director field' is being replaced by the 'camera' field (where there is a camera field in TMDB). Is the the API causing the issue?
For example, Fellini's '8 1/2' in my WD TV Live currently lists Gianni Di Venzanzo as the director. Robert Altman's '3 Women' lists Charles Rosher Jr as the director.
Any help would be fab. Thanks!

From "http://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/422/casts", we get the abbreviated response...
If I had to guess, I would say the grabber on the WDTV was just grabbing someone whose job started with the string 'Director'. This would be a flaw in your WDTV, and not something we could help you with here.
