IMDB ID Problem with The Way Back (2010)

The IMBD ID field for The Way Back (2010) is currently empty, I tried to add the correct ID (tt1023114) but doing so tells me that the ID is already in use by a movie called The Ride Back. However when I go to the page for this movie the IMBD ID field isn't using that ID and is also locked meaning I can't wipe the ID records for the movie.
