Changes API function

Hi, I noticed you added some new changes functions to your API (v3). I am just wondering why you changed from "results" to "ids". It looked like a convention and you even kept the "total_results" attribute.

Mainly an oversight. I'll actually get that fixed and pushed since anyone using it in the past ~24 hours is no doubt still developing it. Thanks for the find.
