Count Axel is a comedy that takes place somewhere in the Nordic countries in 1783. It's a classic comedy about mixed identities, with strong elements of contemporary humour and satire.

Originally from Bahia and considered today one of the most globalised musical movements in the world, Axé is a musical rhythm that carries in its essence a good part of all the musical and cultural syncretism of Bahia. The documentary brings together interviews and archive images outlining the birth of Axé.

Axel lives in a poor village where people work days at the chicken farm and gamble their last pennies at night. It's made Manne, the farm and casino owner, a very powerful man. Axel's debts are so great he has to do whatever Manne says. So he works in Manne's villa but can at least see his childhood love Jenny, who is now Manne's girlfriend. "Axemusic" is the third live album and DVD in the career of Brazilian singer and songwriter Claudia Leitte. The album was released in CD and DVD formats by Som Livre on January 16, 2014. The recording of the album took place on August 3, 2013 during a show of the event "The Greatest Show in the World" in Recife, Pernambuco. During the recording, the singer received the participation of Luiz Caldas, Wesley Safadão, Wanessa, Naldo Benny, Maracatu Puerto Rico Nation, Armandinho and the dance group Zumba Fitness.
