Experimental short by Julie Murray.

Philosophical movie, staged at the least philosophical environment imaginable: A closed scenery of a nudist spot, where some hired Czech stuff is making a plain erotic movie for a rich Russian producer. Nothing in this movie is what it seems to be at the first superficial glance.

The life of the station attendants Alfons and Bruno is characterized by an everyday routine that they carry out with pedantic thoroughness. Even though no passengers have come for years, they have never failed to sound the hourly warning signals. One day, when a group of traveling musicians show up in front of the ticket counter, Alfons' beloved order is thrown into disarray. Bruno, on the other hand, finds pleasure in the lusty life of the musicians and begins to question the rules of the station.

A deeply personal work highlighting the rich interior world of an unnamed migrant through the lens of race, class and gender. The piece invokes the energy and memories of a pre-gentrified 1990s east London, deftly weaving testimonies and daydreams into the monotonous rhythms of physical labour.

An adventure in pornographic surrealism.

On the eve of a war that will engulf the world, the British government agrees with a plan to extinguish a people. In 1755, English colonial officials forcibly expel close to 10,000 French-speaking Acadians from their lands in Nova Scotia, lands that have been in Acadian hands for almost 150 years. What follows is the epic story of a group of people played as pawns in a struggle between two empires. It is a saga of death and dislocation that reverberates to this day - an event unparalleled in the history of the colonizing on North America. Drawing from the highly acclaimed series, Canada: A People's History, this one-hour documentary examines the events leading up to the brutal expulsion. Through dramatic re-enactments and interviews with Acadian descendants, it brings to life a human tragedy, one that changed the course of history and established a legacy and culture that lives on to this day.

The premise deals with a family living in a country-house which turns out to be 'alive' – to the point where a TV crew is brought in to 'capture' the paranormal phenomena
