Short Term 12: Behind the Scenes (2014)

A good movie with a real life theme. Attempts to show life in an institution for uninvited children. It reflects well relations between employees and homeowners, as well as periodically tense relationships among employees. It's worth a look. I miss words for a more picturesque description, sorry.
