Poor Stanley. All those times Ollie hurt his feelings - or things broke his heart - and made him cry.....
By the way, following are the lyrics of that feel-good song that the guy in the film clip sings:
"You made me think you cared for me, And I believed in you. / You told me things you never meant And made me think them true. / I gambled in the game of life; I played my heart and lost. / I'm now a wreck upon life's sea. Alone I paid the cost. / You made me what I am today. I hope you're satisfied. / You dragged and dragged me down Until the soul within me died. / You shattered each and every dream. You fooled me from the start. / And though you're not true, May God bless you. / That's the curse of an aching heart."

Wonderful how two men just sitting and listening to a song with hardly a word between them can evoke sadness, joy and humor in a single almost uninterrupted shot.

That's what you call true talent. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy were definite masters of their craft and of exceptional teamwork. Their timeless routines and their chemistry work just as marvelously today as when first captured on film nearly a century ago.

Good points!
Good thing for Ollie that Ollie often gets caught up in another fine jam after another fine mess, and good thing for Stanley that Ollie doesn't have as many opportunities to clobber poor Stanley the way that Moe does with poor Shemp, poor Larry and poor poor Curly!
