There are so many. 
Romantic comedies:
- "Pillow Talk (1959)"
- "Lover Come Back (1961)"
- "That Touch Of Mink (1962)"
- "Move Over Darling (1963)"
- "Send Me No Flowers (1964)".
Suspense thriller:
Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956)"
My personal favorite is the western musical "Calamity Jane (1953)".

Have you seen Love Me or Leave Me? I think it's easily her finest performance, from those I've seen.

Wow, no love for Teacher's Pet? That's the only Doris Day movie I've seen, and I loved her in it
In the wake of her passing, I realized I hadn't seen more of her work, so came here to ask what are people's favourite Doris Day movies, and found this thread already started - cool! So, I'll start with the recommendations from this thread. Thanks, y'all.
She was delightful and will be remembered.

Another wonderful film.
Doris Day almost didn't star in that. She'd been auditioning for the romantic musical "South Pacific (1958)" and lost the part of Nellie to Mitzi Gaynor. So then she decided on "Teacher's Pet (1958)".
