Stan Lee was the most influential person in my life. From reading his soapbox when he was editor at Marvel, the comics he wrote, the characters he helped create, his cameos in cartoons, tv shows and movies, I've never looked up to anymore more. I've seen him at conventions many times, but never was able to speak to him as the lines were always so long, though I've waited at every one. I haven't stopped crying since I've heard the news. Yes, I always knew this day would come, but I've always dreaded it. This is a sad day for all true believers out there. Excelsior!
