In my opinion, Thor: Ragnarock is 2017s most overrated comic book movie. A 92% on rotten tomatoes is just insane. A few critics agree with me.

With its 130 minute script that has no clue where it's going, mixed with a mash-fest of 1980's fantasy/sci-fi films we've already seen, it is an intumescent mega mess.

Thor Ragnarok takes you on a visually psychedelic adventure that sadly goes absolutely nowhere.

This film is mediocre as a comedy, as a drama it's worse.

Battles should have heart, danger, and consequences. The conflicts in Thor: Ragnarok are lacking in all three.

When I think overrated, I think Thor, Wonder Woman, and Star Wars.

I’m really disappointed in WW. Is it really a film made by women? All 5 writers were men and 8 of the 10 producers were men. I don’t see anything new or strong about the story or the character. It was made by men to please men.

I didn't know there is a Bumblebee spin off. I never thought a Transformer would bomb, but the last one did.

I agree with you and James Cameron. Patty Jenkins is too stupid to understand.

The men didn't forget you womenfolk. They included a Chris Pine shower scene for you. laughing

I'm curious about the Joker film. It won't be part of the DCEU and Leonardo Dicaprio is said to play him. Is he a good choice? Leo doesn't look psychotic. thinking

Leo will be fine. I’m more concerned about this whole new direction that WB may take now that JL failed.

Now, however, Warners wants to branch off with stand-alone movies that are unconnected to that version of the DC world. The new movies will have non-traditional takes on the heroes and villains of DC, and hopefully, attract actors and filmmakers who don’t typically toil in the comic-book movie world. War for the Planet of the Apes director Matt Reeves is developing a Batman stand-alone that, according to sources, will not star Ben Affleck, who plays the caped crusader in the DC Universe movies (Warners and Affleck have denied he is being replaced). The plan is to launch a separate label for these projects to distinguish them from the rest of the DC films. (Warners executives are acutely aware of the risks of audience confusion.)

To avoid confusion WB might quit the embarrassing DCEU.

The thumbs up are much better than what I wrote before.

Just one more Superman film with Henry Cavill and they can pull the plug on DCEU.

Does any of you have good news?

What is good news? Is it good news that Henry Cavill, Ben Afleck and Gal Gadot still have JL2 on their IMDB page? Cyborg and Wonder Woman will be in Flashpoint and Ben’s Batman film is in pre-production.

Not this again. So many overate films, but WW always gets the most hate. The superhero genre is dominated by men. A female director is a huge step. A critically and financially successful superheroine film is a huge accomplishment. So who cares if men wrote it and produced it? They gave her a decent story, something they failed to give the male dominated BvS and JL.

James Douchebag Cameron should shut his pie hole. The SM suit leaves very little to the imagination. HC is in the film to be ogled because he barely speaks. LOL And men wrote, direct and produced MOS, BvS and JL, but they let SM have a few shirtless scenes in all those films. I only hear guys complain about those shirtless scenes. LOL

JC does have a point. GG doesn't have boobs, a bootie or an hourglass figure, but WW miraculously does. Her appearance is altered to appeal to men and she’s okay with it. Her daughter must ask her why she must change her appearance to play WW.

WW is beauty, brains, strength, power. Women don’t need boobs, bootie or an hourglass figure to be considered a woman, smart, strong, beautiful or powerful. Sorry that’s not what WW teaches women. What WW teaches is the opposite. Unfortunately CGI can’t alter any body part in the real world. So buy yourself a corset, padded bra and padded panties or pay the nearest plastic surgeon a visit.

This is why women can’t have nice things. LOL HC altered his appearance too. WW has the boobs, bootie and hourglass many women want. SM has the abs, arms and v-shaped back many men want. CGI, corset and padding are wrong. Overworking your heart in the gym and drinking a barrel of protein are fine.
