It’s look like a garage or warehouse. Maybe it’s the place where he put his gym with the machines he bought and rented. Just a guess.

take my advice that you need to switch to healthy vegetables and not just any but home grown. use the front to grow some. switch to beer instead of wine coz wine is way too sweet. you could also try some fruits from that basket on the table. also the floor needs mopping. i wouldnt mind helping out, red cape
