Either he took it from the live concert you saw or, more likely, it was part of his routine at that time and the "heckler" was actually planted in the audience to afford him the opportunity to use the line. Either way, it's still a brilliant line.

Now that you mention it, I guess he probably was an audience plant. And you're right, either way, it is a brilliant line.
