I've always been a fan - sometimes much more so than others - of Katharine Hepburn. I was a massive fan when young (growing up through into my 20s), then eventually her distinctive manner (which I'd always been crazy about) and style of speaking came to annoy me and prove tiresome. I've come back around to her in recent years.
A film of Miss Hepburn's that I'm particularly a fan of is 1955's Summertime. Love her, too, in 1951's The African Queen. Meanwhile, she sure did look nifty in the dazzling silver "moth" costume in 1933's Christopher Strong.
It's really a shame that the significant head and voice tremor situation eventually began for her as, while the talent continued unscathed, the medical condition was so noticeable that it impacted how she came across and sounded in her performances. Fortunately she had the stuff to be able to pull it off and prevail, so continued to always fit beautifully into her roles.

There are so many excellent movies she has starred in, but strangely enough there's one less known that usually spring to mind when I think of her: the 1975 western movie "Rooster Cogburn". What a feisty, motherly woman she played.
