Mr. Darabont has the rights to The Long Walk (a Richard Bachman book). He's had these rights for years and years and years. Why it's taking so long for this spectacular book to be made into a movie is driving me nuts. He'd better not drop dead before finally doing something about it...although Mr. King himself isn't getting any younger.
