Certainly is sad. She was such a talented, brilliant individual, and wound up losing her life all because of drugs. She had so much otherwise going for her.

I saw it today. Estacy, cocaine and many others found in her system. Very sad ending.

She is a terribly sad loss but - considering her long and well-publicised struggles over the years - there was a tragic air of inevitability about it. Such a smart, funny woman but she couldn't overcome her demons in the end.

Yea! I love carrie Fisher, gonna miss her, RIP PRINCESS..

According to the article linked in the original post, the first three paragraphs of the autopsy report:

LOS ANGELES -- Carrie Fisher's autopsy report shows the actress had cocaine in her system when she fell ill on a plane last year, but investigators could not determine what impact the cocaine and other drugs found in her system had on her death.

The report released Monday states Fisher may have taken cocaine three days before the Dec. 23 flight on which she became ill. She died four days later.

It also found traces of heroin, other opiates and MDMA, which is also known as ecstasy, but that they could not determine when Fisher had taken those drugs.

As such, it appears in fact that she had more than three drugs in her system at the time of her death - 1) cocaine, 2) heroin, 3) ecstasy, and other opiates (how many other wasn't determined, but as the plural indicates at least two, then she had at least five drugs in her system).
