Was at a restaurant in Venice Beach. Was right after the Matrix Sequel came out. He was there eating. I am a big fan of his and was trying to work up the courage to say hello to him. He got up to use the restroom so I made my move and followed him in. As he walked into the door, He turned and saw me behind him. I said.."OMG, its you..........you were in that movie.....DEATH WISH 2. The look on his face was priceless. He started laughing really loud. That Laurence Fishburne laugh. He shook his head and said..."That was good man" He shook my hand and said it was nice to meet him. Of all the movies and work hes done, Im sure that is one role that is never mentioned to him

Clever of you to be so quick and on your toes with that opening also. We used to have this game that a group of us would play at dinner after a volleyball game. It was called Brushes With Greatness. We would go around the table and each person would have to tell a true story of someone great or special that they had personally met. It only took a couple of dinners before the brushes became more obscure and more directly indirect as far as contact.
Funniest one I remember was a friend who lived next door to the guy in the Tidy Bowl commercial.
