He really was very good on The Wonder Years. Child performances as sweet, charismatic and genuinely funny as this are a rarity, and he anchored the show even after the magic of the first two or three seasons wore off. It's a shame his career never really took off afterwards but, unlike so many young stars, at least he is still regularly working. Many happy returns to him!
