Die 1977 geborene Audrey Fleurot absolvierte zwischen 1997 und 2000 ihre Schauspielausbildung an der École nationale supérieure des arts et techniques du théâtre (ENSATT) in Lyon. Bekanntheit erlangte sie vor allem in Frankreich für ihre Rolle der Herrin vom See in der Serie Kaamelot sowie außerhalb Frankreichs in der Rolle der Magalie in der 2011 überraschend erfolgreich in den Kinos angelaufenen Filmkomödie Ziemlich beste Freunde.

Elle se fait connaître, auprès du grand public, par le rôle de la Dame du Lac dans Kaamelott (2005-2009). Elle confirme avec ceux de Josephine Karlsson dans Engrenages (2005-2020) et de Hortense Larcher dans Un village français (2009-2017).

Parallèlement, elle perce au cinéma en jouant dans le film à succès Intouchables (2011). Alternant premiers rôles et secondaires, elle mène, dès lors, une carrière prolifique et apparaît notamment dans La Fleur de l'âge (2012), Mais qui a re-tué Pamela Rose ? (2012), Pop Redemption (2013), La Vraie Vie des profs (2013), Les Reines du ring (2013), Fonzy (2013), La Confrérie des larmes (2013), Les Gazelles (2014), Belle comme la femme d'un autre (2014), Sous les jupes des filles (2014), Le Fantôme de Canterville (2016), L'Idéal (2016), etc.

Elle n'en délaisse pas pour autant la télévision et elle joue, notamment, dans les miniséries Netflix, Safe (2017) et Le Bazar de la Charité (2019) avant de connaître un succès majeur avec HPI (2021 et 2022) en tenant une fois de plus le premier rôle.

Po ukończeniu tematycznych studiów w ENSATT w Lyonie, Audrey Fleurot rozpoczęła karierę aktorską grywając w wielu sztukach teatralnych. Dość szybko zadebiutowała także na małym ekranie pojawiając się w jednym z odcinków popularnego serialu "Blague à part". Sukces i uznanie przyniosła jej rola w serialu "Kaamelott", w którym grana przez nią postać była obecna we wszystkich sześciu seriach. W 2005 roku zaczęła również niezwykle owocną i długoletnią współpracę na planie "Spirali".

Swoją przygodę z kinem rozpoczęła od epizodycznych ról. Wzięła udział w zdjęciach do "Dwóch światów" i "Kobiet z 6 piętra". Pojawiła się także w "O północy w Paryżu". Pierwszą znaczącą rolę zagrała w "Nietykalnych", gdzie partnerowali jej Omar Sy i François Cluzet. Znamienitą szansą zaprezentowania aktorskiego warsztatu okazały się kolejne propozycje: "Delikatność"czy "Mais qui a re-tué Pamela Rose?".

Pomimo pomyślnie rozwijającej się kariery filmowej Audrey Fleurot nie zaprzestała przyjmowania ról w produkcjach telewizyjnych. Jej udział w historycznym serialu "Un Village français" spotkał się z ogromnym zainteresowaniem i okazał się sporym sukcesem.
