Steve Burton is known for his roles as Chris Fuller on the Syndication sitcom "Out of This World (1987-1991)", as Jason Morgan (1991–2000, 2001–2012) on the ABC TV soap drama "General Hospital (1963-)" and as Dylan McAvoy (2013-2017) on the CBS TV soap drama "The Young and the Restless (1973-)".
He also appeared on the TV shows "Days of Our Lives", "Mammal", "A Year in the Life", "Who's the Boss?", "Taken" and "Soap Central".
Some movies he appeared in are "Hear No Evil (1982)", "Cyber Tracker (1994)", "Red Sun Rising (1994)", " Cyber-Tracker 2 (1995)", "Semper Fi (2001)" and "The Last Castle (2001)".

He did quite a good job as the young assistant (Captain Peretz) to the tyrannical Colonel Winter (James Gandolfini) in 'The Last Castle'. I thought that maybe he'd achieve some sort of stardom in the movies, or even as a guest star on TV series. But instead he returned back to soap-operas. Well, I imagine that it brings in a regular paycheque without the uncertainties of movies or primetime series, so maybe it works for him.
