Charles Ernest Leggat (Born July 7 1999) is a British actor, writer, director and editor best known for his role as Uncle Victor in the 2018 dystopian thriller, The Shepherd, which he also co-wrote. Shortly afterwards, he wrote and directed the short film Gentleman of Society. He followed this up with the horror film Spectre of a Dead Town, which draws inspiration from true events.
