I think they are two different people.
Credits may all be changed. A mess.
Do you have any good source of information stating that it is the same person

It looks like there are two Paul Kennedy's but unfortunately, the two entries here are made up of credits for one of them, the one I was reporting.
As you can see in the IMDB entries you reference Kennedy (X) appears in The Unexpected Mrs Pollifax, whereas Kennedy (III) appears in Game of Thrones, The Fall etc.
So there needs to be a new separate entry for Paul Kennedy for the Pollifax credit, whilst the rest of the cresits on that existing page need to be transferred over.

Apparently, the credits are now correct.
