Extra Details: I am confused by the 'adult actor' tag on this person. When I go to the edit section there isn't any sign of the 'adult actor' tag.

The adult actor tag is set by their credits; when at least 10% of their credits are on items that are tagged as adult, then the person profile gets the tag as well. I think the one credits on the adult film was incorrect (probably on the wrong profile), so I removed it. This profile should be fine now.
