Charles Melton (born January 4, 1991) is an American actor and former college football player. He is known for his role as Reggie Mantle on The CW television series Riverdale and for his starring roles in the films The Sun Is Also a Star (2019) and May December (2023). His critically praised performance in the latter earned him wins in the Best Supporting Actor category from both the National Society of Film Critics and New York Film Critics' Circle, as well as nominations for a Golden Globe Award and Critics Choice Award.

Charles Melton (* 4. Januar 1991 in Juneau, Alaska) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler und Model.

Das erste Mal schauspielerte er 2011 in der Serie Glee. Im Jahr 2015 verkörperte er erstmals den Mr. Wu in American Horror Story. 2018 war er in dem Film The Thinning:New World Order mit Peyton List und Logan Paul zu sehen. Ab der zweiten Staffel der Fernsehserie Riverdale ersetze Melton Ross Butler, welcher Riverdale für die Serie 13 Reasons Why verließ. 2019 trat er im Musikvideo break up with your girlfriend i´m bored von Ariana Grande auf. Im selben Jahr erhielt er in the sun is also a star eine Hauptrolle. Weitere Filme, in denen er zu mitwirkte, sind unter anderem The Channel, Faces without Eyes, Bad Friend und Bad Boys for Life.
