蔡琴（1957年12月22日－），出生于高雄市左营区，成长于台北市内湖区，台湾知名女歌手，同时活跃于广播、歌舞剧等领域，1970年代后期以民歌歌手身份进入演艺圈，是歌坛中少数国语、英语、台语皆流利的歌手，在香港也相当受欢迎。是三金入围者。（三金即是金马、金曲、金钟。） |
