His TV 1973 movie 'The Stranger' was a remake of the TZ ep 'The Parallel" . Role of astronaut in TZ was played by Steve Forrest. I feel he (Corbett) should have been in the original TZ ep. Other roles on TZ he would have been right for:

1) Kirby in 'Elegy' (played by Don Dubbins)

2) Bob Fraser in 'Stopover in a Quiet Town' (played by Barry Nelson--Corbett was years older than Nancy Malone who played Nelson's wife)

3)Alan in 'In his image' (part went to George Grizzard)

Plus, Roger in 'I dream of Genie' (role went to Mark Miller --not Bill Daley)
