Extra Details: I'm trying to add Brigitte Lahaie to the cast list, but it insists that she has no credits to her name despite having a whole page of credits on the site. I'm not sure why that is.

You likely aren't seeing her because her profile is tagged as adult -- adult pages and people are hidden automatically unless you enable seeing them in your account settings.
