I'll explain myself better .... I have a website and I use the TMDb API ,,, it is a site in Spanish ,,, but I get a lot of movies in LANGUAGES that don't interest me like CHINESE, JAPANES ,,, etc. ...

Yes, the API Request for data can, and should, be made by specifying the language and, where applicable, the region (country).
If your website is using a ready-made website template, for wordpress for example,
